Q. How can I participate in the experience?
There are experiences that you can feel free to come to anytime, and experiences that require reservations, so please check each experience page.

Q. Can you keep my luggage?
There are coin-operated locker right next to the main experience meeting place, Nagaragawa Department Store, so please use them.

Q. Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking lot at the main experience meeting place "Nagaragawa Department Store", but please use the Gifu Park parking lot (310 yen per ride).

Q. I would like to cancel or change the number of people or the schedule.
If it is unavoidable, please contact nagaragawa@gifu-nagaragawa.jp as soon as possible.

Q. Is it possible for the experience to be canceled?
In addition to inclement weather, if the guide is suddenly unwell or if the tour cannot be held due to other reasons, the tour may be canceled or postponed. In that case, we will contact you promptly. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses due to canceled or postponed experiences/tours.
