Take photos and walk around town with an authentic wagasa (Japanese paper umbrella), in the heart of Japan’s most prolific wagasa manufacturing city!

Gifu’s Handcraft Artisan House CASA is located in Kawaramachi, an old town along the Gifu Nagara River.

 

 

Choose your favorite Japanese umbrella from higasa (parasols), ja-no-me (double circle design) umbrellas, and bangasa.
